Refund policy

If the file purchased appeared to be of inappropriate quality, the ARTISTIC-ARTWORK exchanges the file by refunding the client account with the funds paid for the defective file or provides a good quality file.

The basis for the review of the file purchase should be a customer referral to the Customer Support Services, indicating the login, the unique identification number of the file and the reasons wherefore the file is of poor quality, and the software used by the client to work with the file.

The criteria, according to which the file will be acknowledged as low quality, are defined by the ARTISTIC-ARTWORK experts on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the customer.

The cost of the file paid is refunded to the customer in the following cases only:

  • The customer failed to download the file
  • The file was found low quality by the ARTISTIC-ARTWORK employee.

If we did not receive a request for a refund within 14 days, the purchase was considered approved by the customer, and the refund of credits should not be made under any circumstances.

If you have a discount, you can use it at making the purchase payment. The discount applies to the first one-time purchase only. Promo code could be used once only. Discount cannot be summed up with other promotions or discounts and cannot be used for the recalculation of payment for previous purchases.
